Robert Williams MMHC, BA, CSPDT, CER, is a healthcare consultant and educator with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, management and education. His previous roles involved operations and logistics within the perioperative and sterile processing settings. He believes in the importance of surgical and sterile processing staffs uniting in the best interest of hospitals and their patients. Robert is currently credentialed through CBSPD as a Certified Sterile Processing Technician and is an active member of AORN and IAHCSMM. Robert earned a Master of Management in Healthcare from Vanderbilt Owens School of Management in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University in 2009.
